The GOTEK Dashboard

An Auto-Optimizer

Our auto-optimizing software uses the same on-bottom monitoring software as the Cigar Gauges. We integrate plunger velocity, on bottom signals, tubing, casing, and line pressure interpolations as the key factors in optimizing. This is a true AI SCADA platform that continually adapts to your wells characteristics. You can see plungers hit bottom using our proprietary Amplifier curve. Get effective casing pressure draw down as our AI program targets effective plunger lifting at the lowest bottom hole pressure possible. Intermitting gas injection is available on GAPL wells to ensure there is no over injection into the formation. The program can detect a plunger stall and begin the necessary injection rate in order for the plunger to make a successful arrival.

Dashboard Viewing

The Gotek Dashboard allows for quick snapshots of the status of your wells. Categorized by pad name, you can select a well and it will pop up with the past 4-24 hours worth of data. Our system will change the color of the pad icon based on its’ status. If the plunger misses a number of arrivals, the icon will turn yellow. If the well misses more than the pre-set number of arrivals, it will turn red. This allows your operators to streamline which pads they need to visit that day.

Each well has plunger stats logged, such as total trips, miles, and days in the well. Plunger miles helps give operators a better idea of when they need to check/swap plungers.

Overview

Overview lists each wells statistics and information. This includes current pressure readings, estimated fluid levels, plunger travel, and tubing/casing properties. Another key feature is the coordinates of the well/pad on an interactive map.

Run Records

Run records is a feature that keeps track of most chart data you would see on a plot, just in table format. This ranges from plunger run statistics, tubing and casing pressures, and other set points.

Setpoints

The setpoints page allows you to control the fall, build, lift, and afterflow settings. This is no ordinary timer box; some settings include injection rates to help recover a plunger if it never arrives.

Remote Control

The remote control page allows the user to control a well just like a normal timer box. This can be accessed from your laptop or cell phone, making bad weather or a busy day no problem.
